Head of HR to be based at Business Unit (Jabotabek area).
Overview of Job Description:
- Work closely with Hospital Director to coordinate and monitor staff productivity.
- Handle all HR end to end process such as employee relation issues, HR Program, recruitment, development, performance, compensation and benefit, organization effectiveness and termination.
- Build and manage a high-performing HR team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support and participate in development and implementation of Hospital Operations business plan and strategy.
- Be the sounding board to the Hospital Director and HR Director and proactively work with HR team in providing operational insight and feedback for improving HR service, process and procedures.
The requirements are:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Human Resources/Psychology/Management/Legal.
- Having minimum 7 years experience in Human Capital and 2 year in managerial level.
- Proactive problem-solver with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Have an experience in hospital industry will be a plus point.
